This form will allow Qtac Solutions Limited to contact you in order that your software can be ordered, or your enquiry answered.

Prices shown below are in Pounds Sterling, and are subject to VAT at the current rate. There is no charge for postage and packing. We aim to keep this page up to date; however you should check for current prices at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment can be made in a number of ways:
  -  credit card - if you select this option Qtac will telephone you to obtain your credit card details
  -  cheque on invoice - if you select this option, we will issue an invoice on receipt of your order. The software will be despatched on receipt of your payment.
  -  cheque with order - if you select this option, you should print this order form and post it to the address shown below along with your cheque made payable to Qtac Solutions Limited (don't forget the VAT).
