TERMS OF BUSINESS ..... IPPM, AAT AND IHRIM EUROPE MEMBERS:   To qualify for discount please enter your IPPM, AAT or IHRIM membership number in the relevant box above. PAYMENT:  There is no need to send payment with your booking - you will be invoiced.  Invoices must be paid before the start of the course, and within 21 days of the invoice date.  Late payments will not qualify for any discounts. CONFIRMATION:  You will receive written confirmation of course bookings.  You will also receive directions to the venue, and other course information before the course. ACCOMMODATION:  If you require overnight accommodation you should contact the course venue direct (we will provide you with contact details).  Any accommodation arrangements will be direct between yourself and the venue, although you may qualify for a discount because you are attending one of our courses. CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 21 days before the course/s.  An administration fee of £50 plus VAT will be charged for each cancellation.  Cancellations not giving 21 days notice will not be entitled to a refund, and the full course fee will be payable.  Substitutions may be made at any time before the start of the course. All courses are no smoking (although delegates nay smoke during breaks depending on restructions applied by the venue).  Neither sound or video recording is allowed during courses.  we reserve the right to amend the course date, programme, contents, speaker/s or venue without notice.
