Payroll Update

This course is currently being re-writted for February, March and April 2001. The material below, however, shows the content of last years Payroll Update course.

Course Summary

The payroll scene sees lots of new changes in April. This special update course aims to ensure you have considered the consequences of recent changes to legislation and are prepared for the additional burdens on payroll.
If you only attend one course a year, then this is the one for you!   In just one day we'll address all those important changes affecting payroll administration.
Do you know how to calculate and administer Working Families Tax Credits (WFTC), Disabled Persons Tax Credits (DPTC) and Collection of Student Loans (CSL)? Well, from April you will need to be able to do so. This course covers these important areas as well as other changes affecting payroll.

Who is the course aimed at?

This course is for all staff that need to be kept informed of developments affecting payroll, as well as line management with responsibilities for the payroll office, and staff in associated areas (like HR) that need to be aware of changes affecting remuneration policies and practices.
